The petitioner had filed O.S.No.483 of 2023 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division), Macherla, which was decreed in favour of the petitioners. It is submitted that the 2nd respondent has filed a false complaint by alleging that there was a quarrel with regard to the said land. It is submitted that the 1st petitioner and 2nd petitioner are father and son. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Perused the record. 3. Considering the age of the 1st petitioner, the presence of the 1st petitioner in C.C.No.48 of 2025 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Macherla, is dispensed with, except for the dates on which he is required for the purpose of trial, as directed by the learned Magistrate. 4.
