The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 40 days. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 40 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16064 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
