This Court vide order dated 02.09.2022, when the petitioner’s counsel did not appear before the Court, directed the Trial Court to take steps to execute the impugned order since 50% of the fine amount has not been deposited and the conditions imposed by this Court are not complied by the petitioner as per the order this Court dated 29.09.2020. Inspite of the said order, the counsel for the petitioner is - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1161 CRL.RP No. 604 of 2020 not pursuing the matter diligently. Hence, there is no ground to adjourn the matter once again. This petition is of the year 2020 which is filed against the concurrent finding passed by the Trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court.
