The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 76/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 333, 351(2) & 352 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Jamtara. 3. On 27.06.2025, co-accused Gaurav Kumar and the petitioner entered into the house of the informant. It is alleged that Gaurav Kumar attempted to rape the daughter of the informant. When the victim tried to save herself, he inserted a danda in her private part causing injury. 4. From perusal of the injury report of the victim, it appears that there was tenderness in her private part. 5. It was submitted that so far as petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation against him. It was further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. 6.
