Since this intra Court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the writ Court dated 22.07.2022 in W.P.No.18060 of 2022, under which, the writ Court though had given a direction by way of mandamus directing the appellants to permit the respondent employee to join service as she has been in long absence, the said order seems to have been complied with by permitting the respondent employee to join service and thereafter, as per the earlier disciplinary proceedings which has already been concluded as recorded by the learned Judge in the impugned order itself that the disciplinary proceedings had come to an end by inflicting the punishment of dismissal of service against the respondent employee and therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent employee also would fairly submit that since the dismissal order has 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.A.No.597 of 2023 been issued already against the respondent employee, she would face it in the manner known to law and therefore nothing would survive in this appeal. 2. The said position has not been controverted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants. 3. In that view of the matter as nothing survives in this Writ Appeal, the same is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
