The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the writ petitioner, on instructions, submits that in case, the petitioner makes a work site inspection, such a certificate would be issued. As far as the Working Condition of Plant and Machinery Certificate is concerned, it would depend upon the working condition of plant and machinery produced by the writ petitioner. 3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to make a work site inspection tomorrow(13.12.2025) and produce the plant and machinery before the authority.
