The permit is requested for a period of 50 days to remove savudu, with an estimated quantity of 4,860/- lorry loads, from S.F.No. 216 OWD tank of Magarlal village, Thiruvallur District. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that necessary direction be issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner within a time frame as fixed by Court. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2025 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to any other aggrieved party. 6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
