As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for any counter affidavit from the respondents, this writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon U.P. State Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council to decide Case No.UDYAM-UP-54-0043617/M/00001 of 2023, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3.
