Lalmalsawmi, learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the instant application for making some corrections in WP(C) No. 47/2025 wherein, some clerical mistakes was made in the prayer portion of the writ petition which requires rectification. The learned counsel submits that at page No. 37 of the writ petition, the date ’20.11.2022’ should be read as ’20.10.2022’ and accordingly, such corrections may be allowed to be made. Issue notice to the respondents. Mrs. Mary L. Khiange, learned Govt. Advocate for respondent Nos. 2 & 3, Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC for respondent No. 1 and Mr. Samuel Vanlalhriata Chhangte, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 6 & 7 accepts and submits that they have no objection to the corrections/rectification required to be made in the connected writ petition No. 47/2025. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the Page No.# 6/6 petitioner which is not objected by the counsels for the respondents, the learned counsel for the applicant is allowed to make the necessary corrections in the connected writ petition No. 47/2025 and thereafter furnished a copy of the corrected portion of the writ petition to the learned counsels for the respondent. I.A. (Civil) No. 114 of 2025 thus stands allowed and disposed of.
