1. Heard.
2. This is the First Bail Application of applicant filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail. He is in jail since 12.02.2024 in connection with Crime No. 473/2023 registered at Police Station Sakri, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 395 read with Section 34 of IPC.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, at the outset, would submit that he does not want to argue the bail application on merits of the case but seek a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial, as the applicant is in jail since 12.02.2024.
4. Considering the submission, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
