This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue an order or direction to learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Firozabad to consider and decide the stay application filed in Original Suit No. 1478 of 2024 (Monu Versus Shubh Shankar Asija and others) pending before learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Firozabad, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. This is plaintiff's petition. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the application for grant of temporary injunction filed by petitioner in Suit No. 1478 of 2024 is pending consideration. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to decide the temporary injunction application pending in Original Suit No. 1478 of 2024, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
