1. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application is defective one, as the certified copy of the bail rejection
order of the trial Court has not been filed. He further submits that the applicant has directly approach this Court for grant of anticipatory bail and further query being made as to why the applicant has directly approach this Court he could not give any explanation, thereafter, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application with a liberty to challenge the same before the trial Court concerned.
3. Permission is granted.
4. Accordingly, the present MCRCA dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
