Petitioners are all working as Head Nurses at various stations. The respondents have now come up with G.O.Ms.No.23 Finance (H.I-PIg. & Policy) Department, dated 15.05.2025, laying down guidelines for undertaking transfers and postings of employees. Petitioners stated to be either at the verge of retirement or having serious medical ailments, therefore, they have requested to retain them in their respective stations. Petitioners have made representations, dated 21.06.2025, 23.06.2025 and 24.06.2025 to the 9*^ respondent ventilating their objections/grievances, which are stated to be pending. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice to direct the respondents to consider the aforesaid representations in terms of G.O.Ms.No.23, dated 15.05.2025, and pass appropriate orders.
