The learned counsels for the respondents submit that they will not be filing any written objection to the application made for condonation of 5244 days in Page No.# 2/2 filing the IA in connection with I.A.(Civil) No. 99/2025 A/o FAO No. 3/2025. Mr. Zoramchhana, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant IA is filed for the condonation of a delay in filing the connected I.A.(Civil) No. 99/2025, which is an application for substitution of the deceased Mr. R. Lalliana by his son, Ngaihkhama Ralte. The learned counsel submitted that there was a delay in filing the substitution application because the applicant was not aware of the demise of Mr. R. Lalliana, which was not due to any negligence or laches on the part of the applicant. On hearing the explanation given by the learned counsel for the applicant, which is also not objected by the learned counsels for the respondents, this court finds it appropriate to condone the delay of 5244 days in filing the connected I.A.(Civil) No. 99/2025. Accordingly, I.A.(Civil) No. 100/2025 stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
