Case No.48 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamtara. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that now notice under Section 84 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been issued. He submits that, however, the petitioner is having the merit in the anticipatory bail application. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that since notice under Section 84 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been issued the anticipatory bail is not maintainable. 3. In view of the above, after some argument learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to take appropriate remedy with regard to the notice issued under Section 84 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
