Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 06.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking alternative employment by subjecting the petitioner for medical examination and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
