ORAL ORDER Petitioners have questioned the charge sheet filed against them, pending in C.C.No.165/2021 on the file of the Court of Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Bangarpete, Kolar.
2. Charge sheet is filed for offences punishable under Section 143, 504, 323, 354(B), 506 r/w 149 of IPC.

Learned counsel submitted that the petitioners have filed an application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C., (262 of BNSS) before the trial Court seeking discharge and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with a liberty to urge the said application, keeping open all the contentions.
4. In view of the above submission, petition is
disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioners to argue for discharge before the trial Court.

5. Considering that the incident is of the year 2020 and the charge sheet was filed in the year 2021, learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the application seeking discharge, if any filed, as expeditiously as possible.
