The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46700 of 2024 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court. 3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 03.04.2025, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- in the bank account of the Advocates’ Association, Patna High Court. It is informed by learned counsel that the petitioner will surrender before the learned District Court on 03.04.2025 at 10.30 am. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15055 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 4. The order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46700 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The other parts of the order shall remain intact. 5.
