On the basis of orders passed by this Court dated 06.03.2025 & 26.03.2025, it is informed by Sri Vivek Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondent No.5/Sahkri Gram Vikas Bank, Branch Chhibramau District Kannauj that No Objection Certificate, alleged to be issued by the respondent No.5/Bank in favour of the petitioner is forged and fabricated documents, copy of the same is appended at Page 22 of the Paper-book. 2. In response to the same, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has received the aforesaid No Objection Certificate through information received under Right to Information Act. 3. Nothing has been stated in the entire writ petition regarding filing of application under the Right to Information Act nor any document has been filed in support of his arguments. 4. At this stage, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to grant two weeks time to file the documents in this regard. 5. List thereafter. 6. After the aforesaid order was passed, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better averments and documents. 7. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 8. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
