The present application has been filed by the Page No.# 3/3 petitioner/plaintiff seeking a temporary injunction restraining the opposite parties, their men, agents, assigns etc. from infringing and violating the Patent bearing No.208216 and there is unauthorized use of the same without the consent of the petitioner. 3. Mr. B .J. Mukherjee, the learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff submitted that the Patent bearing No.208216 has expired. 4.
