The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 17.1.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 4, Ghaziabad, in Maintenance Case No. 126 of 2023, arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., whereby interim maintenance has been awarded against the applicants. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
