When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 06.09.2024 had been considered by the respondent, and an order was passed in proceedings in Na.Ka.B2/3155512/2025 dated 17.10.2025. A copy of the said order was produced before this Court and the same was handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. In view the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
