I must place on record that the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent herein voiced the very same issues. I expressed my misgivings that in a Miscellaneous Petition in a concluded writ petition, it may not be open to me to go into such aspects. In that view of the matter, beyond appointing a Judge Administrator, I did not grant any further relief.
