Since, all these bail applications arise out of the same police case, they are heard together and are being disposed of by a common order. 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Boarijore P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Remi Praphul Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 4. On 18.05.2025 at about 4.00 pm, husband of the informant left his house and thereafter he went missing. On 19.05.2025 at 6.30 am, his dead body was recovered near a pond at Village- Chandsar. The informant rushed to the place of occurrence and found that he was murdered. FIR was registered against unknown. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the names of the petitioner have transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on pointing out of these petitioners. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Remi Prabhul Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda, or his successor, in connection with Boarijore P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
