A very innocuous prayer has been made in this writ petition for grant of following relief :- “That in this writ petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondents to resolve the pending issues particularly the issue of re-validation of contract as regards the work of construction of bridge in 2025:JHHC:28877-DB 2 replacement of existing narrow masonary arch culvert including its approaches over local Nala in the 67th Km of NH-100 (Job No.-100/JHR/2013-14/234) completed by the petitioner and also process and release the final bill of the petitioner dated 26.06.2024 together with the interest for delayed payment.” 2. Obviously, there can be no objection for grant of relief as prayed for by the petitioner. Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing that a joint meeting of the petitioner as well as the respondent nos.2 and 4 be held on 8th October, 2025 in the office of the respondent no.4 at 11:00 a.m. to resolve the issues inter se the parties. 3.
