Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 303 (2), 317(5) and 111(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri S.S. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Chatra. 3. On 24.03.2025, centring materials were stolen by unknown persons from the worksite of the informant. 4. It was submitted that stolen articles were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused persons. It was further summitted that similarly placed co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.S. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Chatra, or his successor, in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
