The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Accused Nos.2 to 8 and 11 filed Crl.P. No.8102 of 2019 before this Court. The learned Single Judge of this Court allowed the Criminal Petition in part by quashing the proceedings 2. against Accused Nos.2, 3, and 7. It is submitted that Accused No.8 and others filed S.L.P. (Criminal) No.11381 of 2024, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court observed that there were no specific allegations against the appellants; the allegations were vague and bald, and did not refer to any specific incident with date and time. That apart, the appellants, being relatives of the complainant’s husband, had been falsely implicated. The Hon’ble Supreme Court also set aside the order of the High Court and quashed the proceedings in FIR No.260 of 2019 on the file of the Women Police Station, Guntur Urban District. 3. On these grounds, this Court is inclined to allow the petition, as nothing remains to be adjudicated on merits in C.C. No.3763 of 2019. Accordingly, C.C. No.3763 of 2019 against the petitioners is hereby quashed. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. 5. 3 As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dosed.
