Having not complied with the said condition, the present Civil Revision Petition had been filed challenging the said order that too after a period of three years and four months. This itself shows that the attitude of the petitioner is not diligent enough in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no indulgence is need to be shown to the petitioner. 2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
