M.P.No. 3429 of 2025, be now read as under: “The accompanying petition will take sufficient long time for its disposal, as such, the application is allowed and during pendency of the present petition, the proceedings pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur in case titled “State of HP versus Suresh Kumar”, bearing Police Challan No. 133/2023 are ordered to be stayed. Application is accordingly disposed of.” However, the petitioner is required to file the application specifically pointing out the para number and line of the petition, where correction is to be carried out.
