Sundar, CJ) 27.10.2025 [1] In the captioned matrimonial matter, Ms. G. Pushpa, learned counsel for husband (Gunadhor Singh Okram) and Mr. Th. Ibohal, learned senior counsel for wife (Rashmani Okram) are before this Court. [2] Both the aforesaid learned counsel submits in one voice and in unison that captioned matters were referred to mediation by the High Court Legal Services Committee under the aegis of the High Court of Manipur, mediation sittings were held on several dates and the matter has been settled as between the parties. [3] In the light of the afore-referred narrative, both afore-referred counsel make a common/joint request for closure of captioned matters.
