Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed a representation on 13.07.2025 (Annexure P- 13) to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of their grievances raised in this writ petition. Petitioners’ grievance is that the said representation preferred by them to the respondents for redressal of their grievances in light of settled legal position have not been adjudicated till date.
