The petitioner seeks the early disposal thereof. 2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the sole respondent. He submits that the next hearing is scheduled on 28.11.2025. He submits that a speaking order would be issued upon conclusion of the inquiry within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
