JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA 1. Heard Ms. Vanlalsawmi, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. Babie Laldinzuali, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4. 2. This application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed by the petitioners praying for impleadment of Shri Om Prakash Tripathi as respondent No. 5 in the connected Contempt Case(C) No. 15/2024. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that during the pendency of the connected contempt petition, the Director of Doordarshan Kendra, Aizawl has been transferred and a new incumbent i.e., Shri Om Prakash Tripathi has joined in his place and, therefore, she submits that the new Page No.# 4/4 incumbent is required to be impleaded as respondent No. 5 in the connected contempt petition. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 does not have any objection to the said prayer. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, this impleadment application is allowed. 6. The new incumbent Director, Doordarshan Kendra, Aizawl, namely, Shri Om Prakash Tripathi is allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 5 in the connected Contempt Case(C) No. 15/2024. 7. The applicants shall submit a new cause-title in the connected contempt petition by impleading Shri Om Prakash Tripathi as respondent No. 5 in that case within a week from the date of this order. 8.
