The entry of proceedings dated 14.02.2024 in the B diary extract would indicate that the matter is posted on 12.03.2025 for counter. The learned Judge shall endeavor to dispose of I.A.No.12 of 2024 on the said date if what the petitioner now stated before this Court is true. In case, the document is already on record, the learned Judge shall take note of the same and pass orders accordingly.
