This writ petition is filed by defendant Nos.5 and 6 seeking for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.505/2014 as expeditiously as possible. 2. In view of the prayer sought by the petitioners, issuance of notice to respondents is dispensed with. 3. The plaintiffs filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.505/2014. On service of summons, the defendants filed the written statement. On the basis of the pleadings of the parties, the Trial Court framed the issues. Thereafter, the matter was posted for evidence and the matter was adjourned for one reason or the other. Since the suit is of the year 2014, learned counsel for the petitioners sought for early disposal of the suit. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the Trial Court is directed to dispose - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC:16805 WP No. 11151 of 2025 of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law, but not later than one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
