No.1561 OF 2025 The Court made the following ORDER The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.182 of 2020 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Thamballapalle, filed the above suit for specific performance of agreement of sale, dated 20.11.2009. 2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that along with the suit, the petitioner also filed I.A.No.355 of 2020 under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and Section 151 CPC seeking grant of temporary injunction against the respondent. The only grievance of the petitioner in this revision petition is that the learned Judge is not disposing of the said I.A.No.355 of 2020, even though nearly five years have elapsed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an innocuous relief seeking a direction to the learned trial Judge to take I.A.No.355 of 2020 in O.S.No.182 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
