GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION 2 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land in Survey No.203/7A without initiating the proceedings under Act 30 of 2013. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent by order dated 01.02.2017, granted approval for issuance of the notification under Section 11(1) of Act 30 of 2013 to acquire lands to an extent of Ac.6.55¼ cents in Survey No.189 etc. in Surampalem/Ramesampeta Village of Gandepalli Mandal, East Godavari District for the purpose of widening and strengthening of Samalkota-Rajanagaram ADB Road. It is further case of the petitioner that in pursuance of the said approval, the respondents are trying to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the land in Survey No.203/7A of Surampalem Village. This Court vide order, dated 11.11.2020 directed the respondents not to interfere with the subject land of the petitioner without following due process of law. The said interim order is subsisting as on date. 3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the respondents not interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the land in Survey No.203/7A of Surampalem 3 Village, Gandepalli Mandal, East Godavari District, except in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
