The question as to whether appellant had worked between February, 2002 to June, 2004 was the subject matter of consideration before the learned Single Judge for the purposes of payment of salary to him. Such claim has been rejected after noticing that the plea of working was disputed by the authorities and in the two inspection reports of the Associate DIOS dated 24.7.2003 and 18.12.2003 working of appellant was not established. Whether the appellant had worked during this period or not is otherwise a question of fact. The authorities have denied such claim and have relied upon two inspection reports. Contra materials relied upon by the appellant are not found convincing by the learned Single Judge. In such view of the matter, we would not be inclined to interfere in the factual verification of the claim, particularly when such claim is disputed on the strength of materials on record.
