Though the petitioner has sought for transfer of investigation, it would be suffice to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.247 of 2024 under the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Police. 4. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.247 of 2024 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The investigation shall be monitored by the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police. 5.
