This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, by way of counter affidavit, would submit that the cases registered against the Petitioner were ended in acquittal. It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, rowdy sheet was opened against the Petitioner. 3. Sri V.Syam Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that no cases are pending against the Petitioner. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned proceedings in C.No.28/ACP-WZ-2010, dated 01.02.2010 issued by the 4th respondent, are hereby set aside. No costs.
