It is also submitted that the learned counsel for the respondents, Mrs. Mary L. Khiangte is not able to appear due to some personal difficulty. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, submitted that the respondents have complied with the order of this court in Writ Petition No. 123/2021 dated 17.03.2022, by issuing the Notifications dated 21.05.2025, 05.06.2025 and 18.06.2025 issued by the Directorate of Rural Development, Page No.# 2/2 Mizoram, wherein all the petitioners have been absorbed into the correspondence posts of Rural Development Department. He therefore submits that since the judgment and order of this court has been duly complied with, the instant contempt petition can be closed. Having heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court has perused the documents submitted which indicates that the petitioners have been duly absorbed into the Rural Development Department in terms of this court’s Judgment & Order dated 17.03.2022 in Writ Petition No. 123/2021. Accordingly, this Court find it appropriate to close the instant Cont.Cas(C) No. 11/2022 and thus stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
