At the very outset learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. ACCTNS has been filed on 09.02.2025 and cognizance whereof has been taken on 20.02.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
