This MCC is filed by the applicants seeking extension of time for complying with the direction issued by this Court in its order dated 28.01.2025 passed by this Court in WP (S) No. 4091/2020. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that after passing of the order dated 28.01.2025, an opinion is sought as to whether an appeal can be SHUBHAM DEY Digitally signed by SHUBHAM DEY 2 preferred against the order passed in WP (S) No. 4091/2020 and the Office of the Advocate General has opined that the order can be challenged in a Writ Appeal and accordingly, the process of filing of the appeal is pending at the end of Law and Legislative Department, State of Chhattisgarh and is at the stage of granting approval. He submits that if the permission is not granted, the orders will be complied with. Therefore, he submits that he may be granted further 03 months more time. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the order enclosed along with the MCC. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also, the submission of the counsel for the applicant and the date of filing of the application i.e. 07.05.2025, this MCC is allowed in part and further 02 months time is granted from today to comply with the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by this Court in WP (S) No. 4091/2020.
