After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, since, inadvertently the Department of Atomic Energy’s (DAE) letter dated 08.12.2023 issued by the respondent no. 2 has not been filed and certain averments, have been missed out. 3.
