The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jainagar PS Case No.20 of 2025, for offence registered under section 121(1), 132, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 9 and further submits that false allegation is made of threatening police personnel. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that petitioner has threatened police personnel. 5. In view of above and considering that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and only allegation is made of threatening, petitioner above named is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
