Thereafter, the 2'’'^ respondent had uploaded the memorandum of the payment, and an amount of Rs.7,54,388/- was approved for payment, and another payment for the work, for an amount of Rs.16,84,012/-, was also uploaded after approval. However, no payments were forthcoming from the 5*^ respondent-corporation. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P. Vengala Reddy the learned Standing Counsel for the 5^'^ respondent-corporation . 3. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 5*^ respondent-corporation to verify and release the payments as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
