ORAL ORDER
1. The proceedings under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act was initiated against one B.N.Bhanumathi and the petitioner herein, since the Tahsildar doubted the legitimacy of the grant made in Sy.No.30 measuring 4 acres.

2. The Deputy Commissioner after holding an enquiry under Section 136(3) of the Act came to the conclusion that the name of the petitioner was required to be entered in the revenue records as the legal representative of respondent No.1 Bhanumathi after he came to the conclusion that there was a grant made in favor of Bhanumathi.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that despite this order and despite the representation being given, the order of the Deputy Commissioner has not implemented.
4. In the light of the fact that the Deputy Commissioner had dropped the proceedings initiated against Bhanumathi and had also specifically
directed mutation to be made in favour of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the Tahsildar to implement this order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

6. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
