Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the case is lodged against Accused Nos.1 to 5. Notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS was served on them. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that so far four witnesses are examined and investigation is in progress. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
