For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for restoration and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the orders dated 16.05.2024 and 18.04.2024. Orders dated 16.05.2024 and 18.04.2024 are hereby recalled. The writ petition will be restored to its original number upon deposition of the aforesaid cost. Registry to proceed accordingly.
