JUSTICE MARLI VANKUNG ORDER 16.09.2025 Heard Mr. Tlanthianghlima, learned counsel for the appellants along with Mr. Victor L. Ralte, learned counsel for the respondents. On hearing the submissions made by the learned counsels for both the parties, this court has perused the terms of the amicable settlement reached by the parties on 10.09.2025 in Mediation Case No. 21/2025. It is seen that the parties have come to an agreement as follows:- “The matter was deliberated at length today and the parties willingly agreed to the following unanimously: The Appellant No.1 Lalrinawma Sailo along with his two minor children, Benjamin Malsawmtluanga Sailo (Appellant no. 2), Esther Lalngaihawmi Sailo (Appelllant No. 3) alongwith Smt. Lalfakawmi w/o Lalrinawma Sailo (Respondent No.2) have agreed to vacate the property i.e land and building covered by LSC No.562/1977 located at Tlangnuam, Aizawl of Shri. Lalzarliana (Respondent No.1) on or before 31st December, 2025 upon Page No.# 5/5 receiving a sum of Rs. 8 (eight) Lakhs. The sum of Rs. 8 (eight) Lakhs shall be paid by Shri. Lalzarliana (Respondent No.1) to Lalrinawma along with his two minor children, Benjamin Malsawmtluanga Sailo (Appellant no. 2), Esther Lalngaihawmi Sailo (Appelllant No. 3) and Smt. Lalfakawmi (Respondent No.2) one week prior to vacate ng the said property." On perusal of the terms of agreement reached by the parties, this court finds that the terms of agreement is acceptable and in accordance with law. Accordingly, RFA No. 13/2025 along with the I.A. (Civil) No. 60/2025 with I.A. (Civil) No. 61/2025 and I.A. (Civil) No. 62/2025 stands disposed of, the parties having come to an amicable settlement as highlighted above. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
